Day 3 Intro to Backpacking Excursion

This is meant to be day three of our programs. If you attended day 1 you can select returning and you will get a discount! If this is your first time it is recommended that you don't select returning so you can get all the necessary gear. All those who sign up will self report to the South Jordan community Center (address listed) and will receive transportation to the trails from there. The excursion will include a full day hike, rock climbing instruction, outdoor safety instruction and an hour long mental health workshop. All who sign up will receive a North Face daypack, a water bottle, a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy work book, a DBT work book, a chance to win a Patagonia jacket, a Utah Outdoor Therapies hat, a full service catered dinner, and access to coaching from a behavioral health life coach.
