Mental Health, FACT and ACT Snow Shoeing Activity

For this activity we are very grateful to the staff at Christy Sports and Aj Motion Sports for providing us with snow shoes and trekking poles to use on January 27th 2026. Each Odyssey House facility will be together in one group . This means we will have about 20 pairs of trekking poles and snow shoes available for use by clients we will have 4 additional pairs that can be used by Odyssey hose staff if desired. How the spots will be divided amongst the facilities will be left to the discretion of the facility staff. Currently we are planning on snowshoeing on the Gloria falls trail in Little Cottonwood Canyon. This location may change if there is not sufficient snow come January. Please come with plenty of layers as it will likely be very cold, but as we move on the trail it may get warmer. Clients will…
