Free Sound Bath

We are excited to partner with Meridian Counseling to host a free Sound Bath for those who would like to improve their mental health by participating in this experience. The Sound Bath will be held at vitalize studio in Millcreek. Participants are welcome to arrive as early as 6:30 to prepare themselves and get comfortable for the experience which will begin at 7:00. The Sound Bath will last about an hour and then from 8:00-8:30 everyone will be given an opportunity to reflect on their experience with others in the group. Please try to arrive no later than 6:45 so there are not any interruptions during the Sound Bath. This Sound will be led by Curtis Forbrush.
