About the event
Utah Outdoor Therapies is excited to partner with FTR to host a disc golfing activity to all those who have a membership at FTR. This will be a disc golfing activity for 20 participants at a disc golf course in Lehi. This will be an awesome opportunity to get outdoors and connect with others in recover while disc golfing. Utah Outdoor Therapies will provide golfing discs, staff members to coach on game rules and technique and any other materials needed for the activity. This activity will be 60-90 minutes long and will include some time for instruction in addition to about an hour of game time. Additional games like spike ball and pickleball paddles will likely also be brought for those who finish the course early.
