Thank you to all who attended our November Yoga Activity. We had over 37 people attend this activity. Many of them from addiction and mental health treatment centers here in the Salt Lake area. Everyone had an amazing experience learning how to use yoga for mental health support from the Healing Utah Initiative at Vitalize Studios.
