House of Hope Biking

We are grateful to SLC Greenbike and to Canyon Sport for providing bikes and helmets for this activity. This will be a road biking activity on the Jordan River trail for House of Hope and will start at the Millcreek Jordan River Trailhead. We will begin the activity around 10:30. We will take the first 10 minutes going over the bikes and getting everyone fitted to the right height and helmet size. Once we begin riding we will ride for around 5-7 miles (depending on the groups pace and skill level) and then we will turn around and return to the starting point. This will be a low impact biking activity that is good for all skill levels. The activity will last about an hour and a half in total.
